        • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected, typically within 5 business days. Your bank may take a further 3-10 business days to display the funds.

        • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, peak periods and incorrect or incomplete addresses are outside our control and are not grounds for a refund while the parcel is still in transit.
        • It is the customer's responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address at checkout. Orders returned to sender due to an incorrect address, refused delivery, or unclaimed parcels can be reshipped at the customer's cost.
        • Once tracking shows delivered, the order is considered fulfilled. If the parcel is marked delivered but not received, contact us within 7 days and we'll open a carrier investigation on your behalf.
